HGNJ Shopping Mall is an online consumer product retail store website, offering quality products to and serving customers throughout the continental 48 states. We offer Free Shipping via Ground Service and deliver orders using the most efficient, reliable, and secure transportation services that include Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. Special precautions are taken for large, high-value items such as HDTVs over 50” and larger appliance items that require common carrier shipping to avoid damage and ensure their safe delivery.
Sales transactions, upon receipt, are processed promptly. With regional geographic distribution centers, orders are normally delivered within 3 – 5 days.
For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, products can only be delivered via 2nd-day air service. Additional shipping charges apply for 2nd-day air service (2 business days delivery after order is shipped). Please call our customer service department at (866) 551-4465 to receive a shipping quote. These charges will be applied when shipping arrangements have been confirmed.

Our Additional Shipping Charges
We’re committed to delivering our customers’ products using the most efficient, reliable, economical, and secure transportation services possible. With that in mind, we take special care of large, high-value value items, including HDTVs over 50″ and appliances that require special handling via common carrier shipping to ensure their safe delivery.
Front door or threshold delivery is the standard residential delivery service offered. However, we also offer customer-in-home (white glove delivery) services are also available. Using this service requires a call to our office at (866) 551-4465 to make the arrangements. Deliveries via common carrier are arranged with the customer and scheduled to a 4-hour window.
Our Online Store Policies and Guidelines
All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service department or clicking the “My Account” button in the top-right hand corner of our web page.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item you return to our shop. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, and packaging must be returned with your item to process your RMA. Any item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at our discretion unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the periods specified for each item. All items we sell are subject to our online store policies and agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Removal or alteration of a product’s serial number or serial number sticker will disallow and automatically void access to our return policy. All products returned with a missing, damaged, or altered serial number will be refused RMA service, and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Our Online Return Policies
Standard Return Policy
Returns for refund must be completed within 30 days while returns for replacement within one year.
Unless another online return policy is indicated, products we sell are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific terms and conditions.
Limited 30-Day Return Policy
Return for refund and replacements must be completed within 30 days.
Items covered by this policy — meaning products with policies that state “this item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only” must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Additional coverage, if any, is provided solely by the product’s manufacturer, as indicated by such manufacturer.
Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy
Returns for replacement must be completed within 30 days. Refunds are not applicable.
Products that state “This item is covered by our non-refundable 30-Day Return Policy,” or items labeled as “non-refundable” must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this online return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item.
Desktop PC, Notebook PC, and Netbook PC Return Policy
Returns for replacement of defective items only must be completed within 30 days. Refunds are not applicable.
Under this policy, all Desktop PCs/Notebook PCs/Netbook PCs are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any Desktop PCs/Notebook/Tablet PC that is deemed defective may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only, but a request for refund will not be granted.
If a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC is returned for a replacement, but no problems are found, the Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC will be returned at your (the buyer’s) expense. You should be confident in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC/Notebook PC/Netbook PC and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement with this online return policy.
A defective Desktop PC, Notebook PC, or Netbook PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at our discretion unless it is otherwise required by law. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items. However, in some situations, the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer’s established processing time. Consumable Items Return Policy
Returns for replacement must be completed within 30 days, where the items must be sealed and unopened. Refunds are not applicable.
Consumable items are items such as printer ink and toner cartridges, CD/DVD media, paper products, etc. that are consumed once they are used. These items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date only if the item is sealed and unopened in its original retail packaging. Consumable items are not eligible for RMA through our online RMA system. Please contact our customer service department via live chat, email, or phone for RMA information regarding consumable items.
Returns for replacement must be completed within 30 days, where the items must be sealed and unopened. Refunds are not applicable.
Our online shop often sells items that are listed as “open-box.” Because these items are sold at reduced prices, they bear this limited 15-day refund-only return policy. Such items can only be returned within 15 days of the applicable invoice date. HGNJ Shopping Mall cannot provide replacement services for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer.
These items have been tested for functionality but may have superficial physical defects, including but not limited to scratches, dings, or dents. Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor, or seller, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you purchase an open-box product, you will receive an OEM barebone item, meaning you will only receive the item itself. Accessories are not included with open-box products, even if the missing accessory is required for the item to function correctly.
Software Return Policy
Returns for retail software must be completed within 30 days, where the items must be unopened. Refunds for OEM software are not applicable. Returns for replacement of defective retail or OEM software must be completed within 30 days.
Opened retail or OEM software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement RMAs will only be honored if the returned software is defective or damaged. Retail boxed software may only be returned for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days.
OEM software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the applicable system builder license, including responsibility for providing all end-user support.
Under not responsible for system and software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, before purchase.
Bulk Item Return Policy
Returns for refund are non-refundable. Returns for replacement are non-replaceable.
Bulk items include but not limited to large-size products such as air conditioners, home entertainment systems, and televisions 24 inches and larger cannot be returned for refund or replacement service. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. According to this return policy, the item will be returned to, and you will be refunded the full amount, including applicable shipping costs and tax.
If you determine upon inspection that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory, an adult is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our terms and conditions, understanding that you cannot return the television and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any.
Returns for refund and returns for replacement are not applicable.
The HGNJ Shopping Mall does not offer any express warranties. However, many of our products are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, it will be stated on that product’s web page. Manufacturers’ warranty details are typically available at their website; click here to see a list of the manufacturers whose items we carry. Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting our customer service department. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
Products that state “This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only” must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs, etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer or “end-user” of the item.
Mail-In Rebate Return Policy
Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable once rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending it in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are not returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.
LCD Display Return Policy
Returns for refund are not applicable, and returns for replacement must be completed within 30 days.
There must be a minimum of 8 dead pixels to declare a defective LCD display and eligible for return.
HGNJ Shopping Mall sells many products such as Notebooks and Monitors that feature LCD screens.
USB Modules Return Policy
Returns for refund must be completed with 30 days, and returns for replacement must be completed within 90 days.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in your RMA being returned to you:
- Physically damaged memory
- Modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing the model number and the part number
- Modules that are missing the manufacturer warranty
- USB drives, thumb drives, flash memory or any related product that is returned without the protective casing
All items returned for a refund are subject to and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, it is suggested that the manufacturer of your item be contacted directly for information regarding eligibility and specific terms and conditions.
Memory products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable once a rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending it in for your rebate. Products that have missing UPC codes or serial numbers taken from the box can only be returned to the product manufacturer.

Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage includes but not limited to improper handling and any other type of damage sustained due to improper use. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. If you return any physically damaged item, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Combo specials include two items that must be purchased together to receive a discount. Combo items may be returned for replacement within our applicable return policy period. If a combo item is returned for a refund, the combo discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if your combo discount was $5, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.)
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes, items are returned after the product has been discontinued. If the HGNJ Shopping Mall no longer carries an item sent for replacement, or if that item is out of stock, the item will be sent to our back-order RMA department. You will be notified via email with two options:
- HGNJ Shopping Mall can send you a comparable replacement item.
- A refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
